About Delivery Charges
● Based on weight and rate
● Free shipping on purchases of $200 or more
● We do not currently ship to AK or HI
● We do not offer delivery outside the USA.
Shipping Method
All items will be delivered by UPS.
Delivery status
Product delivery may be delayed due to traffic and weather conditions on the day of delivery, or due to the
shipping status of the shipping company.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to track the status of your shipment.
If you have any questions about delivery, please contact UPS directly after checking the invoice number
on the email.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order from our warehouse as scheduled, we may put your order
on hold or cancel your order. In this case, we will contact you.
PACKAGING
Each frozen and individually vacuum sealed product is carefully packed into a cardboard box. In order to maintain
the integrity of the package contents, all beef products are packed with ice gel packs with styrofoam. Orders will
be delivered frozen OR slightly thawed (but still cold) depending on the time in transit.
Delivery Times
● Order by Friday to ship next Tuesday
● Packages are shipped via Overnight Shipping.
● Order Cutoff Deadline is 11:59 PM PDT.
● Estimated delivery dates are subject to change and do not include weekends or holidays.
Product Processing information
Due to the natural variance in the size of the products at the time they are processed, there can be slight
variations in shape, size, and/or weight.
When you receive the product, please store it in the freezer as soon as possible. Enjoy your meat after defrosting
it for five or six hours in the refrigerator!
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in
its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
Since the shipping of our products is inherently time sensitive, we do not accept returns to our fulfillment center.
For processing your exchanges, we may require photos of the defective product for our internal records and
insurance requirements, but we will begin the process of review and/or refund as soon as you contact us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your report, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If
approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please
remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
